Arrest

• At 4:44 p.m. Thursday, Clinton Karl Kearney, 39, was arrested for assault in the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 6:06 p.m. Thursday, Dillard Marshall Cloud II, 18, was arrested on an outstanding $2,500 Alaska State Trooper warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of minor consuming in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 8:39 p.m. Thursday, Shauna Sparks, 32, was arrested for theft in the 6200 block of Alaway Avenue. She was taken to LCCC.

Burglary

• At 3:39 p.m. Wednesday, a 47-year-old man reported a gun stolen from his boat in the last two weeks at the Fox Farm Trail area.

Domestic violence

• At 3:03 p.m. Wednesday, a one-year domestic violence protective order was served on a 39-year-old man.

• At 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, a stalking protective order was served on a 38-year-old woman.

• At 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, a stalking protective order needed to be served on a 51-year-old man.

• At 4:49 p.m. Wednesday, an ex parte stalking protective order needed to be served on a 51-year-old man.

• At 5:44 p.m. Wednesday, a domestic violence protective order needed to be served on a 47-year-old man.

• At 6:22 p.m. Thursday, a 46-year-old woman reported a 53-year-old man violated a domestic violence order.

Driving without a license

• At 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, Nicholas Steele Waterhouse, 22, was cited for driving without a license after his vehicle collided with a light pole and a decorative anchor in the 1000 block of Egan Drive. There were no injuries. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Larry Alan Reiger, 54, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 10:15 p.m. Thursday, Dillard Cloud, 18, was cited for driving without a license in the 1200 block of Egan Drive. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 8:57 a.m. Friday, Eric James Lockwood, 24, was cited for driving without a license in the 400 block of Egan Drive. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Fire alarm

• At 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire & Rescue responded to a false fire alarm on Glacier Highway.

• At 5:54 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to false fire alarm on University Drive due to burning food.

• At 6:16 a.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a false fire alarm on Hospital Drive that was activated by maintenance personnel working in the area.

• At 10:58 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a false fire alarm on Willoughby Avenue set off by burning food.

Fireworks

• At 9:10 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to a man suffering an anxiety attack from fireworks explosions. The man refused transport and the scene was turned over to JPD.

• At 9:52 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to fireworks explosions on Glacier Highway.

Fraud

• At 2:07 Wednesday, a 47-year-old man reported identity theft.

Minor consuming

• At 10:28 p.m. Thursday, a 17-year-old boy was cited for minor consuming in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 8:50 a.m. Friday, Randy James Segelhorst, 18, was cited and released for minor consuming in the 3000 block of Riverside Drive.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 9:24 a.m. Thursday, a 2007 Subaru Forester was totaled after it struck a fire hydrant in the 5000 block of Douglas Highway. The vehicle was found unoccupied in a ditch.

Theft

• At 2:49 a.m. Thursday, a 28-year-old man reported the theft of a 2007 Subaru Forester in the 6600 block of Douglas Highway. The vehicle was later recovered.

• At 6:35 a.m. Thursday, a 54-year-old man reported his pellet rifle stolen from his unlocked vehicle in the 8100 block of Pinewood Drive.

• At 9:11 a.m. Thursday, a 34-year-old man reported his sunglasses were stolen from his unlocked vehicle in the 6900 block of Sunny Drive.

• At 9:02 a.m. Thursday, a 34-year-old man reported an iPhone charger and connecting cables and a pocketknife were stolen from his unlocked vehicle in the 8300 block of Aspen Avenue.

• At 9:59 a.m. Thursday, a 32-year-old man reported a $500 compound bow was stolen from his vehicle in the 8200 block of Dogwood Lane.

• At 2:06 p.m. Thursday a 22-year-old man reported an attempted theft of a jacket from Sequence in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. The jacket was recovered.

• At 4:49 p.m. Thursday, a man reported his wallet was stolen when he left it at a business in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 6:42 p.m. Thursday, a 52-year-old man reported his cell phone was stolen in the 100 block of Marine Way.

Transport

• At 5:36 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a woman feeling weak from Franklin Street to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 5:57 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported an unconscious man from Ferry Way to BRH.

• At 6:20 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a woman with chest pain from Willoughby Avenue to BRH.

• At 7:32 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a man with abdominal bleeding from Franklin Street to BRH.

• At 10:32 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to a man suffering seizure at Auke Bay Harbor Road. Patient chose no transport.

• At 11:54 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a man with seizures from Salmon Creek Lane to BRH.

• At 11:55 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a woman for further evaluation from Hospital Drive to BRH.

• At 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a woman with acute abdominal pain from Salmon Creek Lane to BRH.

• At 6:21 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a man who had been assaulted from Willoughby Avenue to BRH.

• At 6:48 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a man with back pain from Trout Street to BRH.

• At 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR transported a man with back pain from McGinnis Drive to BRH.

• At 7:39 a.m. Thursday, CCFR transported a man suffering a seizure from Franklin Street to BRH.

• At 3:49 p.m. Thursday, CCFR transported a woman suffering weakness from Sharon Street to BRH.

• At 11 p.m. Thursday, the CCFR medevac team transported a man suffering abdominal pain from a cruise ship in Gustavus/Bartlett Cove to BRH.

• At 11:03 p.m. Thursday CCFR transported an unresponsive woman from Franklin Street to BRH.

Vandalism

• At 1:44 a.m. Friday, a 36-year-old man reported a vehicle vandalized in the 8500 block of Steep Place.

• At 2:57 a.m. Friday, a 26-year-old man reported three windshields of his vehicles and a window in his residence in the 6000 block of Sunset Street were broken. Damage was estimated at $4000.
