I currently work in Douglas F&G. I personally like: 3, 7, 11, 13 they make sense for parking, probably space(without knowing the details), commuting for most employees. I hope they listen to those that will be affected by this new building.
New State Office Complex
The valley would be convenient for commuters and have better access to the airport or ferry. It would also provide better parking options and would relieve the congestion of downtown traffic and parking. Downtown would continue to be a cultural, historic and tourism center as well as a center for the legislature.
