College Board offers website for students evaluating higher-ed options

The College Board will soon launch a comprehensive online college planning resource to help students enroll in the right college that sets them on the path for success.

While collaborating with counselors and educators on this new website, and through direct conversation with many students, the College Board saw the need to immediately make available an online resource to inspire students with fewer resources who want to go to college but feel it’s not an option for them. The “YouCanGo!” website — available now at — is that free resource.

“YouCanGo!” is an interactive website for students who need basic facts and simple guidance to evaluate college options just by graduating high school. “YouCanGo!” delivers this information through interactive tools and content, centered around videos and success stories from young people who have overcome obstacles to make their college dreams come true.

In the near future, the site will include supporting offline materials, including an interactive site tour that can be used during student or parent presentations.
