Police and Fire for Tuesday, Aug. 9

Arrest

• At 9:02 p.m. Friday, Joanne Marie Allen, 36, was arrested for assault third degree and driving while intoxicated after her vehicle struck a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old woman on Riverside Drive. The 21-year-old woman was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for treatment.

• At 10:36 p.m. Friday, Miguel Parke Ibias, 36, was arrested for interfering with official police duties in the 8800 block of Egan Drive.

• At 10:36 p.m. Friday, Rutherfrank Tan Echiverri, 33, was arrested for interfering with official police duties in the 8800 block of Egan Drive.

• At 10:36 p.m. Friday, Christopher Gerry Edgar, 30, was arrested for interfering with official police duties in the 8800 block of Egan Drive.

• At 10:36 p.m. Friday, Dell Laurel, 36, was arrested for interfering with official police duties in the 8800 block of Egan Drive.

Burglary

• At 12:11 p.m. Friday, a 31-year-old woman reported her home burglarized in the 2200 block of Great Western Street.

Drunken driving

• At 5:08 p.m. Friday, Ruebena Karlson-Schwab, 47, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3000 block of Clinton Drive. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Fire and medical

• At 7:46 a.m. Friday, a man with general weakness was transported from Sharon Street to BRH.

• At 8:34 a.m. Friday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm on Ninth Street. Investigation determined the alarm was set off by burning food.

• At 9:36 a.m. Friday, a female patient was transported from BRH to Mount Edgecome Hospital via medevac.

• At 11:38 a.m. Friday, CCFR responded to an unconscious man on Willoughby Avenue. The man declined transport.

• At 1:23 p.m. Friday, a woman with knee pain was transported from 12th Street to BRH.

• At 2:31 p.m. Friday, a man with flu-like symptoms was transported from Aspen Avenue to BRH.

• At 2:37 p.m. Friday, a woman with strep throat was transported from Glacier Highway to BRH.

• At 4:01 p.m. Friday, a man with chest pain was transported from Salmon Creek Lane to BRH.

• At 5:10 p.m. Friday, a man with chest pain was transported from Glacier Highway to BRH.

• At 10:47 p.m. Friday, a man was transported from Northwood Drive to BRH.

• At 2:27 a.m. Saturday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm system malfunction on Glacier Highway.

• At 2:46 a.m. Saturday, an intoxicated woman was transported from Seward Street to BRH.

• At 3:05 a.m. Saturday, EMS responded to an intoxicated woman on Egan Drive. She was transported to the Juneau Rainforest Recovery Center.

• At 3:08 a.m. Saturday, a woman was transported from BRH to Juneau International Airport for medevac.

• At 6:32 a.m. Saturday, a woman was transported from JIA to BRH.

• At 9:38 a.m. Saturday, a woman with chest pain was transported from Northwood Drive to BRH.

• At 10:44 a.m. Saturday, CCFR assisted the moving of a patient on Crow Hill Drive.

•At 12:15 p.m. Saturday, a female with chest pain was transported from Cohen Drive to BRH.

• At 2:24 p.m. Saturday, a woman was transported from BRH to JIA for medevac.

• At 4:22 p.m. Saturday, a woman was transported from JIA to BRH.

• At 4:59 p.m. Saturday, a man was transported from JIA to BRH.

• At 5:41 p.m. Saturday, CCFR responded to an unresponsive man on Seward Street. Transport was not required.

•At 6:34 p.m. Saturday, a man was transported from BRH to JIA for medevac.

• At 7:16 p.m. Saturday, CCFR responded to a possible fire on Blackerby Street. Investigation determined no fire.

• At 8:30 p.m. Saturday, a man was transported from BRH to JIA for medevac.

•At 9:02 p.m. Saturday, a woman was transported from Riverside Drive to tBRH.

• At 9:53 p.m. Saturday, a man was transported from Franklin Street to BRH.

• At 10:58 p.m. Saturday, a woman was transported from Stephen Richards Memorial Drive to BRH.

Minor consuming alcohol

• At 1:26 a.m. Saturday, Johnny Frank Wilson, 18, was cited and released for minor consuming in the 100 block of Marine Way.

Snagging or attempting to snag salmon

• On Sunday, Ryan N. Baldwin, 18, was cited for snagging or attempting to snag salmon at the DIPAC hatchery. Baldwin was fined $110.

• On Sunday, Troy S. Williams, 46, was cited for snagging or attempting to snag salmon at the DIPAC hatchery. Williams was fined $110.

• On Sunday, Song Niam Wu, 59, was cited for snagging or attempting to snag salmon at the DIPAC hatchery. Wu was fined $110.

• On Sunday, Douglas E. Worthington III, 28, was cited for snagging or attempting to snag salmon at the DIPAC hatchery. Worthington was fined $110.

• On Sunday, Joseph P. Barker, 49, was cited for snagging or attempting to snag salmon at the DIPAC hatchery. Barker was fined $110.

Theft

• At 2:47 p.m. Friday, a 63-year-old man reported his truck rifled through and some items stolen in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

• At 12:36 a.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old reported $600 stolen.

Vandalism

• At 8:35 a.m. Saturday, a 21-year-old man reported vandalism to a bathroom in the 3800 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

• At 11:26 a.m. Saturday, Richard Roomsberg, 60, was arrested in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway on a $250 Alaska State Trooper warrant for criminal defendant and petition to revoke probation. He was taken to LCCC.
