Death

At 9:25 a.m. Sunday, Alaska State Troopers received a report that Tam Luu, 76, of California had died on board the M/V Golden Princess. Luu had been traveling with family members who found her in her bed on the cruise. There were no signs of foul play and the State Medical Examiners Office did not request an autopsy.

Domestic violence

• At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, a 35-year-old man was served with an ex-parte domestic violence protective order.

• At 3:23 p.m. Tuesday, a 27-year-old man was sought for an ex-parte domestic violence protective order.

• At 7:05 p.m. Tuesday, a 35-year-old woman reported a violation of a domestic violence protective order.

Fire and medical

• At 12:34 a.m. Wednesday, a man with abdominal pain was transported from Franklin Street to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 4:21 a.m. Wednesday, a man was transported from Glacier Highway to BRH.

• At 5:38 a.m. Wednesday, a man on medevac was transported from Juneau International Airport to BRH.

• At 6:56 a.m. Wednesday, a man was transported from Shell Simmons Drive to BRH.

• At 8:48 a.m. Wednesday, a was transported from BRH to a private residence.

• At 10:09 a.m. Wednesday, a woman was transported from BRH to JIA for medevac.

• At 10:11 a.m. Wednesday, a woman with chest pain was transported from Stephen Richards Drive to BRH.

• At 1:38 p.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire & Rescue investigated a fire alarm on Calhoun Avenue. Construction was determined to have caused the alarm.

• At 2:44 p.m. Wednesday, a man was transported by CCFR paramedic and Helo 1 medevac from Hoonah to BRH.

• At 3:01 p.m. Wednesday, a man with chest pain was transported from Salmon Creek Lane to BRH.

• At 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, five patients with minor injuries sustained in a vehicle accident were transported from 30-mile to BRH.

• At 5:32 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR investigated an odor on Glacier Avenue. Visual and gas detector use found no propane leak.

• At 7:27 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR investigated a fire alarm on Gastineau Avenue. The alarm was set-off by burning food.

• At 7:55 p.m. Wednesday, a man was transported from BRH to JIA for medevac.

• At 8:22 p.m. Wednesday, a man with seizure was transported from Hospital Drive to BRH.

• At 8:49 p.m. Wednesday, a man with cardiac arrest was transported from Spruce lane to BRH.

• At 10:12 p.m. Wednesday, a woman with arm pain was transported from Cinema drive to BRH.

Motor vehicle accident

• At 6:38 p.m. Tuesday, an 18-year-old man driving a 2000 Dodge pickup struck a 19-year-old man driving a 2009 Dodge pickup. The driver of the 2000 truck was cited for failure to maintain a safe distance.

Sex crime

• At 4:02 p.m. Tuesday, investigation continued into a report of sexual abuse of a minor.

• At 9:14 p.m. Tuesday, confidential investigation noted into a report of sexual abuse of a minor.

Sport fishing violations

• On Tuesday, Joshua Stephenson, 38, was issued a $110 bailable citation by Alaska Wildlife Troopers for attempting to snag salmon at the Wayside Fishing Dock next to the Macaulay Salmon Hatchery (DIPAC).

• On Tuesday, Steven Eberhardt, 20, was issued a $110 bailable citation by AWT for attempting to snag salmon at the WFD next to the DIPAC.

• On Tuesday, Shun Yu, 41, was issued a $110 bailable citation by AWT for attempting to snag salmon at the WFD next to the DIPAC.

• On Tuesday, Poasi Tapueluelu, 23, was issued a $210 bailable citation by AWT for fishing without a sport fish license at WFD next to DIPAC.

• On Tuesday, a 16-year-old boy was issued a $150 bailable citation by AWT for retaining two snagged salmon at WFD next to DIPAC.

Stalking

• At 1:49 p.m. Tuesday, a 33-year-old woman was served with an ex-parte stalker protective order.

Theft

• At 1:39 p.m. Tuesday, a 70-year-old man reported his prescription drugs were stolen from inside his residence in the 8600 block of Teal Street.

• At 2:49 p.m. Tuesday, a 22-year-old woman reported her cell phone stolen in the 9000 block of Atlin Drive.

• At 10:18 a.m. Wednesday, the JPD received a report of a stolen wallet in the 200 block of Second Street.
