"This was something I had originally planned for a Halloween costume," McClung said. "Then I found some waterproof fabric at JoAnn's and completed it a few days ago. Since we have a lot of rain i thought I might as well use this for my raincoat. I have been wearing it daily. Mostly I have been getting blank stares from passing drivers or else people are wondering where I got it and where they could get one."
