Two downtown streets will be closed for street utility construction work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Ninth Street will be closed to uphill traffic at Capitol Street. Through traffic is advised to use West Seventh Street. Eighth Street will be closed to all traffic between Calhoun Street and Indian Street.
