Assault

• At 11:25 p.m. Sunday, a 27-year-old woman reported being assaulted by a 48-year-old man in the 4000 block of Delta Drive.

Domestic Violence

• At 11:06 a.m. Monday, a long-term domestic violence protective order was served on a 31-year-old man.

Driving while intoxicated

• At 9:22 p.m. Sunday, Douglas Slingluff, 41, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. The vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 1:03 a.m. Sunday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm on Third Street. Investigation found the alarm was maliciously activated, and there was no fire.

• At 5:33 a.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Hospital Drive. A woman was taken from Bartlett Regional Hospital to Juneau International Airport.

• At 12:54 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on the Douglas Highway. A man was given advanced life support, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 3:04 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm that sounded due to dust, lack of maintenance or similar cause on Glacier Highway. The alarm was silenced.

• At 3:23 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an EMS call on Front Highway. A person was transported by non-fire agency.

• At 3:36 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Franklin Street. A woman was taken to BRH.

• At 4:53 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Main Street. A man was taken to BRH.

• At 6:07 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident, not otherwise classified, on Hospital Drive. BRH took Airlift Northwest crew and a patient to JIA.

• At 6:14 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Teal Avenue. A man was taken to BRH.

• At 6:58 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Northwood Drive. A man was taken to BRH.

• At 9:54 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Sherri Avenue. A man with an altered level of consciousness was taken to BRH.

• At 11:51 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to a trash or rubbish fire, contained, on Front Street. A plastic garbage can was on fire and extinguished.

Theft

• At 10:16 a.m. Monday, a 32-year-old woman reported her cell phone stolen in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Vandalism

• At 5:36 p.m. Sunday, a 34-year-old woman reported her front door was vandalized in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 12:18 a.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of three juveniles vandalizing the outhouses at Floyd Dryden Middle School in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 9:11 a.m. Monday, a 35-year-old man reported a coin-operated washing machine was vandalized in the 700 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Warrant Arrest

• At 11:32 p.m. Sunday, Warren Charles Cotter Belford, 26, was arrested in the 100 block of Franklin Street on an outstanding $250 JPD warrant for failure to appear on original charges of larceny. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 8:54 p.m. Monday, a 13-year-old girl was arrested on an AST warrant in the 10800 block of Black Bear Road. She was taken to Johnson Youth Center.
