Domestic violence

• At 12:27 p.m. Monday, a domestic violence protective order was served on a 25-year-old man.

Fire and medical

• At 2:15 a.m. Monday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to an emergency medical incident on Cohen Drive. A female patient was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 6:46 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Cinema Drive. A woman was taken to BRH.

• At 7:29 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Auke Bay Harbor Road. A man in a diving accident died.

• At 9:56 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Hospital Drive. A man with chest pain was taken to BRH.

• At 12:22 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Salmon Creek Lane. A man with chest pain was taken to BRH.

• At 1:41 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Kanat-A Street. A man with ankle pain was taken to BRH.

• At 1:43 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Salmon Creek Lane. A woman was taken from BRH to Juneau International Airport.

• At 4:40 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Hospital Drive. A woman was taken from BRH to JIA.

• At 5:32 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Franklin Street. A woman with uncontrolled bleeding was taken to BRH.

• At 6:03 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a service call on David Street. Investigation found a heater malfunctioned.

• At 11:12 Monday, CCFR responded to an emergency medical incident on Lemon Creek Road. Investigation found no injury, accidental activation of medical alert button.

Theft

• At 5:46 p.m. Monday, Dakota Wayne Brown and Judah Aaron Aldrighette, both 19, were arrested for second-degree theft and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance on Old Dairy Road. They were taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Warrant arrest

• At 5: 15 p.m. Monday, Falefiaoalii Laasia, 28, was arrested in the 100 block of Franklin Street on an outstanding warrant issued for failure to appear for arraignment. He was taken to LCCC.

This day in Juneau history: Feb. 19

On Feb. 19, 1987, Gov. Steve Cowper and the Alaska Legislature formed a budget plan for the upcoming year. The House Finance Committee passed a bill giving Gov. Cowper permission to spend the $428 million reserve fund, and representatives described meetings with Gov. Cowper “wonderful”.
