SEARHC names Moore ARMC clinic administrator

The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium recently announced the promotion of Joyce Moore to clinic services administrator at the Alicia Roberts Medical Center in Klawock.

Moore previously served as deputy clinic services administrator. She recently received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Ashworth College, and she plans to continue on to the master's program.

A lifelong resident of Prince of Wales Island, Moore grew up in Klawock and is a graduate of Klawock High School. She also is a former basketball coach for the school. She is L’eeneidi of the Raven moiety. Moore has worked for SEARHC more than 14 years, starting in 1996 and leaving for a year in May 2010. She started at the front desk and, with many years of continued education, moved up the ladder. She has been a health information coder, health unit coordinator, office manager and was deputy clinic administrator before and after her year away from the clinic.
