Assembly appoints Hospital Board, Planning Commission members

The City and Borough of Juneau Assembly selected new members for the Bartlett Regional Hospital Board of Directors and the city Planning Commission.

The Assembly, meeting Wednesday night as the Committee of the Whole, named Dr. Nathan Peimann, Bob Storer and Nancy Davis to three-year terms on the BRH board, according to a release from the city. Their terms begin Jan. 1, 2012.

The Assembly chose Jerry Medina to fill an immediate opening on the Planning Commission. His term will run through Dec. 31, 2013. Marsha Bennett, Nicole Grewe, and Karen Lawfer will serve three-year terms on the commission, beginning Jan. 1, 2012.
