Disorderly conduct

• At 1:38 a.m. Monday, Jonathan Ba Boltjes, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Fire and medical

• At 4:01 a.m. Sunday, basic life support care was provided to a man on Pinewood Drive, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 5:55 a.m. Sunday, EMS care was provided to a woman on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 9:03 a.m. Sunday, basic life support care was provided to a man on Foster Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:28 a.m. Sunday, Capital City Fire and Rescue conducted a smoke or odor investigation and found no fire on Salmon Creek Lane.

• At 10:41 a.m. Sunday, EMS care was provided to a man on Thunder Mountain Road, and he refused transport.

• At 1:38 p.m. Sunday, CCFR responded to a scene on Glacier Highway that was turned over to JPD.

• At 2:52 p.m. Sunday, advanced life support care was provided to a man on Whittier Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 3:04 p.m. Sunday, EMS care was provided to two patients involved in a motor vehicle-pedestrian accident on Glacier Highway, and they were taken to BRH.

• At 4:18 p.m. Sunday, EMS care was provided to a woman on Willoughby Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:33 p.m. Sunday, EMS care was provided to a man on Thunder Mountain Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 10:07 p.m. Sunday, EMS care was provided to a woman on Third Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:52 p.m. Sunday, advanced life support care was provided to a man on Evergreen Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 1:11 a.m. Monday, EMS care was provided to a woman on Alaway Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 2:02 a.m. Monday, basic life support care was provided to a man on Hospital Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 2:33 a.m. Monday, a man on Foster Avenue was medevaced from BRH to Juneau International Airport.

• At 8:28 a.m. Monday, EMS care was provided to a man on Foster Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:31 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was provided to a woman on Northland Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 4:28 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was provided to a patient on Salmon Creek Lane, and he or she was taken to BRH.

• At 5:44 p.m. Monday, EMS care was provided to a man on Willoughby Avenue, and he refused transport.

Fraud

• At 11:38 a.m. Sunday, a 31-year-old man reported fraudulent use of checks in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway.

Medical assistance

• At 1:38 p.m. Sunday, Juneau Police Department conducted a confidential death investigation.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 3:04 p.m. Sunday, JPD and CCFR responded to a single vehicle accident involving two pedestrians in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. They were taken to BRH by CCFR.

Theft

• At 10:17 p.m. Sunday, a 21-year-old woman reported the theft of clothing in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

• At 4:51 a.m. Sunday, a 51-year-old woman reported the rear window of her truck was smashed and items stolen from her vehicle in the 10000 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 7:28 a.m. Sunday, a 23-year-old woman reported items stolen from her unlocked vehicle and items stolen from her roommate’s vehicle in the 11600 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 9:18 a.m. Sunday, a 45-year-old woman reported several items of jewelry valued at approximately $908.50 were stolen sometime since Thursday in the Juneau area.

Service

• At 11:47 p.m. Sunday, Maxwell Johnson, 21, was arrested in the 300 block of Distin Avenue on a Juneau Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear for plea hearing. He was taken to LCCC.

Suspicious Activity

• At 1:17 a.m. Sunday, a 35-year-old woman reported suspicious activity near her residence in the 8200 block of Dogwood Lane.

• At 8:28 a.m. Sunday, three firearms were taken for safekeeping in the 3200 block of Foster Avenue.
