Juneau man indicted for possessing heroin

A grand jury on Friday charged Wylie W. Guy, 25, with knowingly possessing an undisclosed amount of heroin.

Guy faces one count of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. That’s a class ‘C’ felony that can carry up to five years in prison or a $50,000 fine.

Guy is scheduled to be arraigned in Juneau Superior Court on Jan. 10, 2012. Charging documents are pending.
