Burglary

• At 4 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a burglary in the 4500 block of Wood Duck Avenue.

• At 8 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of criminal trespass of a residence in the 4400 block of Columbia Boulevard.

Fire and medical

• At 2:58 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was provided to a man on Glacier Avenue, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 6:01 p.m. Monday, Capital City Fire and Rescue units were cancelled en route to Glacier Highway.

• At 6:16 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was provided to a man on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 7:08 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was provided to a woman on Hospital Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:18 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was provided to a woman on Willoughby Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:54 p.m. Monday, basic life support care was provided to a woman on Leslie Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

Service

• At 2 p.m. Monday, a summons was served on a 24-year-old man in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

• At 10 p.m. Monday, Dwayne Lee Clements, 42, was arrested on Egan Drive on an outstanding JPD warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on original charge of larceny, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
