Assault

• At 6:48 p.m. Wednesday, a 40-year-old man reported he was assaulted by a 49-year-old man in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 9:17 a.m. Thursday, a 27-year-old man reported he was assaulted by two men in the 300 block of Egan Drive.

• At 1:37 p.m. Thursday, Andrew Charles Hughes, 45, was arrested for third-degree assault domestic violence in the 400 block of Front Street, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 2:06 p.m. Friday, the Southeast detachment of the Alaska State Troopers reported Christopher Kadake was arrested on Friday in Kake, after an investigation revealed that he had sexually assaulted a woman while she had been sleeping in her residence on Jan. 1. He was taken to LCCC, where he is being held without bail on two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, and one count of burglary in the first Degree.

Assist

• At 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, Juneau Police Department assisted another agency in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Burglary

• At 9:08 a.m. Thursday, a 61-year-old man reported his storage facility in the 5400 block of Shaune Drive was burglarized.

Conditions violation

• At 12:08 a.m. Thursday, Andrew Percy Hope IV, 31, was arrested in the 100 block of Franklin Street for violating conditions of release, and he was taken to LCCC.

• At 3:45 p.m. Thursday, a 52-year-old woman reported a 48-year-old man violated a domestic violence protective order in the Juneau area.

Domestic violence protective order

• At 11:03 a.m. Thursday, a long term domestic violence protective order was served on a 64-year-old man in the Juneau area.

Drug activity

• At 4:02 p.m. Wednesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of drug activity in the 4000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Fire and medical

• At 6:40 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Gull Way, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 9:22 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Gastineau Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 9:34 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Third Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 9:36 a.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm sounded due to dust, or similar cause, on Teal Street and no fire was found.

• At 11:15 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a minor on Seward Street, and the minor was taken to BRH.

• At 1:20 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 6:46 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Radcliffe Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:37 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:21 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane, and she was taken to BRH.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, a 69-year-old man reported his vehicle was struck while parked in the Juneau area, causing an estimated $2,700 in damage.

Service

• At 9:04 p.m. Wednesday, Cassandra Mae Gillis, 43, was arrested in the 400 block of Third Street on a $500 JPD warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of driving while intoxicated. She was taken to LCCC.

• At 9:39 p.m. Wednesday, Mark Albert Brown, 45, was arrested in the 100 block of Main Street on a $500 JPD warrant for failure to appear for a pre-trial hearing on the original charge of criminal trespass. He was taken to LCCC.

Theft

• At 1:07 p.m. Wednesday, a 67-year-old man reported his storage unit was broken into in the 5700 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 8:04 p.m. Wednesday, Bag Sung Hun, 40, was arrested in the 100 block of Front Street for two counts of forgery in the second degree, and he was taken to LCCC.

• At 10:49 a.m. Thursday, a 47-year-old man reported his vehicle was burglarized in the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue.

• At 3:07 p.m. Thursday, a 56-year-old man reported a theft in the 200 block of Admiral Way.

• At 4:59 p.m. Thursday, Jennifer Rebecca Bell, 33, was arrested and released for concealment of merchandise in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Vandalism

• At 11:03 p.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old woman reported an unknown subject broke the window on her residence in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive.
