AMHS: LeConte skipping Gustavus stop Monday

The MV LeConte was unable to dock in Gustavus today due to weather conditions, according to a release from the Alaska Marine Highway System.

The release stated the LeConte will add a stop in Gustavus tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 10 in route to Pelican from Juneau.

The National Weather Service is forecasting snow showers for the Gustavus area diminishing in the afternoon. Southwest winds in the area are 15 to 25 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
