Basin Road and Basin Bridge will be closed starting Thursday through April 15 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for all pedestrian uses.
The Perserverance Trail system will be accessible from the end of Evergreen Avenue via the Flume Trail.

The are rebuilding the Trestle
Reconstruction/rehabilition of the timber trestle is why they are closing it. Take your dogs somewhere else to poop.
be careful though....
Empire failed to tell you that Flume Trail was hit with an avalanche last week and is still dangerous!
BUT, they say it's OK to walk down if you want to access Perseverance Trails....
