Drinking with your kids in the car, what a hopeless and sorry human being.

This guy has a history of avoiding the courts. 20 years ago he was arrested for assault. when he hit me over the head from behind rendering me unconsious , where upon he kicked me in the head and ribs breaking my collarbone. I ended up in the hospital and I didn't even know what this guy looked like. He was identified by witnesses. Besides assault he had a hearing for $2500 restitution to me. He never went to court...just disappeared until statute of limitations ran out. Then he reappeared here back doing the same old things. I'm surprised they caught him this time. But I am glad he's in jail now.
