Assault

• At 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of an assault in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Domestic violence

• At 4:27 p.m. Monday, Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a domestic violence assault.

• At 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, a domestic violence protective order needs to be served on a 46-year-old man.

Fire and medical

• At 6:05 a.m. Friday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm system malfunction on Franklin Street, and investigation determined no fire.

• At 8:07 a.m. Friday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Egan Drive, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 8:15 a.m. Friday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Ninth Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:41 a.m. Friday, basic life support care was given to a man on Salmon Creek Lane, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:30 a.m. Friday, a woman on Hospital Drive was taken from BRH to a private residence.

• At 3:55 p.m. Friday, EMS care was given to a man on Glacierwood Drive, and he was taken by JPD to BRH.

• At 6:12 p.m. Friday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Spur Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:26 p.m. Friday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Northwood Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 9:21 p.m. Friday, CCFR responded to a report of outside rubbish, trash or waste fire on Livingston Way, and investigation determined burn not in compliance.

• At 11:23 p.m. Friday, a woman medevaced to Juneau International Airport was taken to BRH.

• At 3:31 a.m. Saturday, basic life support care was given to a woman on North Loop Way, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:41 a.m. Saturday, basic life support care was given to a woman on 10th Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:28 a.m. Saturday, CCFR responded to a smoke or odor investigation on Salmon Creek Lane, and investigation found no fire.

• At 1:03 p.m. Saturday, CCFR responded to a vehicle accident with injuries on Douglas Highway, and EMS care was given to a woman, who was taken to BRH.

• At 2:08 p.m. Saturday, CCFR responded to a rescue call with no injuries, and CCFR water rescue was dispatched to transport a stranded party. Private vessel reached party before CCFR, and party was secure.

• At 4:28 p.m. Saturday, EMS care was given to a man on Sherwood Lane, and no transport was required.

• At 10:47 p.m. Saturday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Taku Boulevard, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 1:35 a.m. Sunday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 9:31 a.m. Sunday, a minor patient was medevaced from BRH.

• At 9:41 a.m. Sunday, EMS care was given to a man on Ninnis Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 10:43 a.m. Sunday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 5:08 p.m. Sunday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Gee Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:20 p.m. Sunday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Northwood Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 6:40 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm pulled by a child on Trout Street, and investigation found no fire.

• At 10:12 a.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a good intent call on Glacier Highway, and investigation found no ifre and alarm sounded due to low fuel.

• At 10:55 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Mendenhall Mall Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:58 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 3:56 p.m. Monday, a man was medevaced from JIA.

• At 10:44 p.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Willoughby Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

Service

• At 7:39 p.m. Monday, Brian Richardson, 74, was arrested in the 400 block of Franklin Street on a warrant issued for failure to appear. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Stalking protective order

• At 3:31 p.m. Monday, a sexual assault protective order was served on a 49-year-old man.

Theft

• At 4:16 p.m. Monday, a 26-year-old man reported forgery and theft in the 8500 block of Forest Lane.

• At 8:30 p.m. Monday, a 34-year-old woman reported a cell phone worth an estimated $600 and wallet with $30 stolen in the 3000 block of Riverside Drive. The contents of the wallet were later recovered. Investigation continues.

• At 11:57 p.m. Monday, a 39-year-old man reported a cell phone worth an estimated $500 stolen in the 3000 block of Riverside Drive. Investigation continues.

• At 8:39 a.m. Tuesday, a 48-year-old man reported the theft of an iPad valued at $500 in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

Vandalism

• At 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, a 41-year-old man reported vandalism to an interlock ignition device in the 7900 block of Gladstone Street.
