Ronald W. Blue, 38, was indicted on seven counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, an unclassified felony.
Michael J. Schwab, 53, was indicted on one felony count of third-degree assault for recklessly placing a person in fear of imminent serious physical injury with a handgun, and one misdemeanor count of fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons for knowingly possessing a firearm when impaired by intoxicating liquor or controlled substance on Dec. 17, 2011.
Stephen D. Costello, 20, was indicted on one felony count of second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance for knowingly delivering heroin on March 3.
Karl L. Gallow, 26, was indicted on one felony count of first-degree unlawful evasion for unlawfully and knowingly failing to return to official detention, confinement or residence at Gastineau Human Services on Jan. 17.
Taylor J. Homer, 23, and George D. Marlow III, 24, were each indicted on one count of first-degree burglary and second-degree assault for acting together or individually for entering a building belonging to a victim in Petersburg with the intent to commit a crime and for causing physical injury to the same victim with a club on March 11.
Indictments are a formal accusation of illegal activity, not convictions.
The district attorney’s office presents cases to the grand jury each Friday.
