Police & Fire for Friday, March 23

False statement

• At about 7:22 a.m. Thursday, Heidi N. McDaniel, 45, was cited for falsely obtaining a 2010 resident sport fish license when she did not meet the residency requirements.

Fire and medical

• At 7:06 a.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm on 12th Street, and investigation found no fire. Alarm was activated due to steam from broken water line.

• At 8:34 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Fourth Street, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 10:54 a.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to an alarm on Glacier Avenue, and investigation found no fire. Alarm was activated in error.

• At 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to an EMS call on Front Street, and a man received patient care. He was transported by a non-fire agency, and scene was transferred to JPD.

• At 1:01 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Mendenhall Loop Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 1:44 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to an unauthorized burning on Stream Court, and fire was extinguished. Resident informed of burn ban, and residential burn permits available April 1 through Nov. 1.

• At 2:17 p.m. Wednesday, incoming medevac from Pelican took a man to BRH.

• At 3:01 p.m. Wednesday, EMS assistance was given to a woman on Hospital Drive, and she was taken from BRH to a private residence.

• At 8:48 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm on Churchill Way, and investigation found no fire. Alarm was activated in error.

• At 11:44 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Douglas Highway, and he was taken to BRH.
