Conditions violation

• At 8:03 a.m. Monday, a 52-year-old man was arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drunken driving

• At 2:14 p.m. Saturday, Vincent Hayden, 53, was arrested for driving under the influence in the Mendenhall Mall parking lot. He was taken to LCCC.

Fire and medical

• At 5:46 a.m. Sunday, a man received advanced life support care on Fritz Cove Road. He was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 6:12 a.m. Sunday, a man received advanced life support care on Glacier Highway. He was taken to BRH.

• At 6:26 a.m. Sunday, a man received advanced life support care on Amalga Street. He was taken to BRH.

• At 8:50 a.m. Sunday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a chimney or flue fire on Glacier Highway. The fire was extinguished. An investigation revealed the cause to be a large buildup of creosote in the stack and piping.

• At 10:35 a.m. Sunday, a man was taken from BRH to Juneau International Airport.

• At 12:06 p.m. Sunday, a woman received advanced life support care on Egan drive. She was taken to BRH.

• At 12:19 p.m. Sunday, an authorized, controlled burn took place on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

• At 12:25 p.m. Sunday, a man was taken from BRH to JIA.

• At 2:17 p.m. Sunday, a man received basic life support care at the 29-mile mark of Glacier Highway. He was taken to BRH.

• At 3:23 p.m. Sunday, a man received basic life support care on Main Street. He was taken to BRH.

• At 5:40 p.m. Sunday, a man was taken from BRH to JIA.

• At 5:55 p.m. Sunday, CCFR assisted two children down from 30-foot-high trees at Riverside Rotary Park.

• At 6:33 p.m. Sunday, an authorized, controlled burn occurred on Glacier Highway.

• At 11:47 p.m. Sunday, a woman was taken from JIA to BRH.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 2:54 p.m. Sunday, a 49-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck while parked in the 13400 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

• At 4:39 p.m. Sunday, a 27-year-old man reported parts stolen off his vehicle in the 1300 block of Eastaugh Way.

• At midnight Monday, Jennifer Mercer, 25, was cited for theft of services in the 1700 block of Glacier Avenue. The services had an estimated value of $29.

• At 9:21 a.m. Monday, a 55-year-old man reported a cell phone stolen in the Mendenhall Valley area. The phone has an estimated value of $400-$500.

Warrant arrest

• At 7:49 p.m. Sunday, Alex Musser, 25, was arrested in the 900 block of Egan Drive on a warrant issued for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC
