Police & Fire for Sunday, April 8

Criminal trespass


• At 10:16 a.m. Friday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a report of criminal trespass in the 2000 block of Lemon Creek Road.


Death


• At 7:06 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated the death of a 57-year-old woman in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway. It was not considered suspicious, and next of kin has not been notified.


Disorderly conduct


• At 12:52 a.m. Friday, Fredrick Terrance Grant Jr., 30, was arrested in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway for disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest. Alcohol was involved. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


Disturbance


• At 5:13 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue and made two arrests. Matthew Ray Gilchrest, 27, was arrested for two counts of third-degree assault and one count of third-degree theft. He was taken to LCCC. Alberta Lee Kulowiyi, 34, was cited and released for fourth-degree theft.


Domestic violence


• At 8:41 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a domestic violence assault.


• At 9:16 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of a domestic violence protective order violation.


• At 10:50 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic violence assault.


• At 3:22 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of domestic violence assault in the 6000 block of Montgomery Street.


Driving without a license


• At 12:21 a.m. Friday, Marlene Susie Dulier, 54, was cited and released for driving without a license on Douglas Highway. An impound was made.


• At2:33 a.m. Saturday, Trisha Cooper, 36, was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 2500 block of Industrial Boulevard. Her vehicle was impounded.


Drunken driving


• At 1:04 a.m. Saturday, Clayton Peter Robidoux, 38, was arrested on Mendenhall Boulevard for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to LCCC, and his vehicle was impounded.


• At 2:11 a.m. Saturday, Carol Ann Jokerst, 44, was arrested in the 3400 block of Douglas Highway for driving while intoxicated. She was taken to LCCC, and her vehicle was impounded.


Fire and medical


• At 8:52 a.m. Wednesday, advanced life support was given to a woman on Commercial Boulevard, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.


• At 8:53 a.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm on Tongass Boulevard, and investigation found malicious activation and no fire.


• At 1:51 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Thunder Mountain Road, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 3:32 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Salmon Creek Lane, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 3:49 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Fourth Street, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 6:31 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Fritz Cove Road, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Riverside Drive, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 7:19 p.m. Wednesday, EMS care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken by a non-fire agency.


• At 8:21 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Stephen Richards Drive, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Harbor Way, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 4 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Douglas Highway, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 1:13 p.m. Thursday, a man on Glacier Avenue declined EMS care and transport.


• At 1:40 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a service call on Harris Street, and alarm was silenced.


• At 2:25 p.m. Thursday CCFR responded to an unintentional sprinkler activation on Glacier Avenue and alarm was silenced.


• At 2:59 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a woman with a knee injury on Glacier Avenue, and she declined transport.


• At 3:56 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm system malfunction on Hospital Drive.


• At 5:46 p.m. Thursday, a man was taken from BRH to Juneau International Airport and medevaced out.


• At 6:10 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a grass fire on Industrial Boulevard, and fire was extinguished.


• At 6:30 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 7:06 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a possible “Dead on Arrival” call on Glacier Avenue.


Fraud


• At 4:49 p.m. Friday, a 45-year-old man reported his debit card was used without his permission in the Juneau area.


Minor consuming


• At 12:37 a.m. Saturday, a 15-year-old girl was cited for minor consuming on Mendenhall Loop Road. She was released to her parents.


• At 12:37 a.m. Saturday, a 16-year-old boy were cited for minor consuming on Mendenhall Loop Road. They were released to parents.


• At 5:36 a.m. Saturday, Natasha Mae Roberts, 20, was cited and released for minor consuming in the 1500 block of Third Street.


Service


• At 5:23 p.m. Thursday, a summons was served on a 48-year-old man in the 6000 block of Gull Way.


• At 11 a.m. Friday, Lena Karen Jimmie, 50, was arrested in the 800 block of Glacier Avenue on an outstanding JPD warrant for failure to appear on original charge of larceny. Jimmie was taken to LCCC.


• At 10:44 a.m. Saturday, Ashley Lynn Bethel, 23, was arrested in the 300 block of Distin Avenue on an outstanding JPD warrant for failure to appear on original charge of larceny. She was taken to LCCC.


Tampering with a witness


• At 8:24 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report of tampering with a witness.


Theft


• At 1:56 p.m. Thursday, Christopher Gerry Edgar, 30, was cited and released for shoplifting in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.


• At 3:15 p.m. Thursday, a 19-year-old woman reported a laptop stolen in the 6000 block of Gull Way.


• At 5:21 p.m. Thursday, a 39-year-old man reported his vehicle stolen in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.


• At 6:53 p.m. Thursday, a 47-year-old woman reported speakers stolen from her vehicle in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway.


• At 9:26 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated theft of services, valued at about $260, in the 100 block of Seward Street.


• At 9:57 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of money stolen from a business in the 100 block of Franklin Street.


• At 12:29 p.m. Friday, a 49-year-old man reported theft of merchandise from a business in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway.


• At 3:03 a.m. Saturday, a 57-year-old man reported the theft of a gun in the 300 block of Fourth Street. It was later recovered.


Vandalism


• At 9:02 a.m. Friday, a 39-year-old man reported vandalism to a building.


• At 10:58 a.m. Friday, a 57-year-old reported vandalism to an apartment complex in the 1600 block of Renninger Street. Investigation continues.


• At 11:33 p.m. Friday, a 24-year-old man reported vandalism to his vehicle in the 100 block of Egan Drive. Damage is estimated at $250.
