Nicole Bauberger, center, of Whitehorse, Canada, makes a "dress" on Isabella Cullum, 4, for her upcoming art installation project called "See Through" at The Canvas on Tuesday as Cullum's mother, Melissa, and sister, Eleanor, 1, watch. Bauberger is building dresses from cling wrap and packing tape and will display them at the park on the corner of Third and Seward Streets on Thursday at 5 p.m. Bauberger said "It gives people a fresh perspective on the world around them."
