Laptop thefts top JPD crime of the week

The Juneau Police Department Crime of the week for April 27 is in reference to laptop thefts.

 

Police say JPD received a report on April 2 that two laptops were stolen from Southeast Psychiatry on Marine Way.

The 42-year-old business owner complained that the computers were taken from the lobby of his business between 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. that day.

The laptops are described as an Acer Aspire 1 and a metallic brown Hewlett-Packard DV 6. They are valued at $250 each.
