Conditions violation

• At 3:54 p.m. Wednesday, a 20-year-old woman reported a 29-year-old woman violated a protective order by talking to her.

Domestic violence

• At 4:24 p.m. Wednesday, a domestic violence protective order needs to be served on a 58-year-old woman.

• At 10:17 a.m. Thursday, a domestic violence protective order needs to be served on a 22-year-old man.

• At 10:19 a.m. Thursday, a domestic violence protective order was served on a 31-year-old man.

• At 10:35 a.m. Thursday, a long-term domestic violence protective order needs to be served on a 16-year-old boy.

Driving without a valid license

• At 2:10 a.m. Thursday, Dwayne Lee Clements, 43, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 2200 block of Trout Street. His vehicle was impounded.

• At 10:20 a.m. Thursday, Nisan Babou Plotnick, 31, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. His vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 5:46 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a minor on Gladstone Street, and he or she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital

• At 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Fourth Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:07 a.m. Wednesday, a man was taken from BRH to Juneau International Airport and medevaced out.

• At 10:54 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Egan Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:08 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Spur Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:31 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 1:24 p.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm sounded due to burnt food on Riverside Drive. No fire.

• At 1:31 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Jacobsen Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 4:36 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR conducted a smoke or odor investigation on Douglas Highway, and investigation found no structure fire. A wood stove was emitting a large volume of smoke.

• At 10:58 p.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Berners Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:37 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR units were dispatched to Glacier Highway and cancelled en route.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 6:04 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a vehicle in a ditch in the 10000 block of Bentwood Place. Officers located an additional vehicle that was damaged.

Service

• At 10:52 a.m. Thursday, Tyler James Phillips, 18, was arrested in the 400 block of Whittier Street on an outstanding warrant issued for failure to appear for a change of plea hearing.

Theft

• At 12:37 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of a theft from a business in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.
