Assist

• At 8:42 a.m. Wednesday, Juneau Police Department assisted another agency.

Conditions violation

• At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Falefiaoalii Laasia, 28, was arrested in the 100 block of Marine Way on a JPD warrant for failing to appear for arraignment on the original charge of criminal trespass. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

Domestic violence

• At 3:41 p.m. Tuesday, a domestic violence protective order was served on a 39-year-old man.

• At 11:35 a.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of domestic violence assault.

Driving without a valid license

• At 12:19 p.m. Tuesday, Mariah Fallis, 19, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 9800 block of Glacier Highway, and her vehicle was impounded.

• At 1:17 p.m. Tuesday, Shannon Jessica Kaye, 18, was cited for driving without a valid license on Davis Avenue, and her vehicle was impounded.

False statement

• At 11:06 a.m. Wednesday, Laine E. Durgin, 24, was cited by Juneau Alaska State Troopers for obtaining a resident low-income sport fish license when she did not meet Alaska residency requirements.

Fire and medical

• At 12:13 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue units stood by for EMS care on Fourth Street, but care was not required.

• At 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, a woman was medevaced from Hoonah to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 9:49 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Gail Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:11 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Franklin Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:31 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Fish Creek Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:08 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm that sounded due to burnt food on Hospital Drive. There was no fire.

• At 11:27 a.m. Tuesday, a man was medevaced to Juneau International Airport and taken to BRH.

• At 12:01 p.m. Tuesday, a woman was medevaced from Hoonah to JIA and taken to BRH.

• At 12:11 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 3:19 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Willoughby Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 7 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Marine Way, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:17 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on McGinnis Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Mountain Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

Minor consuming

• At 12:12 a.m. Wednesday, Andrew Jamestown, 20, was cited and released for minor consuming on C Street.

Harassment

• At 3:16 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of harassment.

Service

• At 2:49 p.m. Tuesday, a summons was served on a 24-year-old man.

Theft

• At 3:26 p.m. Tuesday, Olivia Marie Collins, 32, was cited and released for theft of services in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

• At 9:49 p.m. Tuesday, Amber Rose Taguchi, 18, was cited and released in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway for larceny.
