Domestic violence

• At 12:32 p.m. Tuesday, a long term domestic violence protective order was served on a 20-year-old man in court.

• At 5:01 p.m. Tuesday, a long term domestic violence protective order was served on a 48-year-old man.

• At 1:25 a.m. Wednesday, a 42-year-old woman reported she was assaulted by a 51-year-old man. Investigation continues. Alcohol was involved.

• At 5:25 a.m. Wednesday, Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a domestic disturbance.

Driving without a valid license

• At 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, Kayle Dyanne Gonzales, 32, was cited in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway for driving without a valid license. Her vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 9:16 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue units were dispatched to Glacier Spur Road and cancelled en route for a medical alert system that was activated in error.

• At 11:56 a.m. Tuesday, EMS care was given to a minor patient on View Drive, and transport was not required. The minor was left in the care of his or her mother.

• At 12:37 p.m. Tuesday, a man was medevaced in to Juneau International Airport and taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, EMS care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he declined transport.

• At 2:39 p.m. Tuesday, EMS care was given to a man on Crest Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 2:46 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Teal Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 5:51 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:50 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:13 p.m. Tuesday, a woman was medevaced in to JIA and taken to BRH.

• At 9:31 p.m. Tuesday, a person on First Street was transferred to the care of Juneau Rainforest Recovery personnel.

• At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Postal Way, and he was taken to BRH.

Service

• At 3:37 p.m. Tuesday, Christopher Evans Kadake, 50, was arrested in the 200 block of Ferry Way on an outstanding JPD warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of criminal trespass. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

• At 4:33 p.m. Tuesday, Orion Michael Levi Seal, 28, was arrested in the 2000 block of Lemon Creek Road on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of disorderly conduct, and a warrant for violating conditions of release on the original charge of disorderly conduct.

Suicidal subject

• At 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a suicidal subject.

Theft

• At 12:11 p.m. Tuesday, a 72-year-old woman reported her blue Univega bicycle was stolen in May on Mendenhall Loop Road.
