Assault


• At 11:22 p.m. Thursday, John Hunter Cadiente, 31, was arrested for assault in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


• At 6:15 a.m. Saturday, a 22-year-old man was assaulted by an unknown subject, and he was taken to BRH for evaluation. No location given.


Burglary


• At 9:52 p.m. Thursday, JPD assisted another agency with a suspicious incident in the 1000 block of Third Street.


Conditions violation


• At 7:51 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a person for violating conditions of release 100 block of Main Street. Alcohol was involved.


• At 12:03 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a harassment in the 100 block of Franklin Street, and Christopher Evans Kadake, 50, was arrested for violating conditions of release, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


• At 12:19 a.m. Friday, JPD forwarded charged to the city attorney’s office for a 38-year-old man violating conditions of release in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved.


• At 3:06 p.m. Friday, William Moy, 38, was cited and released for violating conditions of release on Decker Way. Alcohol was involved.


Criminal trespass


• At 12:35 p.m. Friday, Jesse Boone, 29, was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.


Disorderly conduct


• At 11:41 p.m. Friday, Jarred Jamis Knavel, 38, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


• At 11:58 p.m. Friday, Jeremiah Tarrel Litke, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Franklin Street, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


Disturbance


• At 12:48 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a disturbance in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway. Sunnie Renee Duncan, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault on a peace officer, and Kristi Leigh Kookesh, 24, was cited and released for disorderly conduct. Alcohol was involved.


Domestic violence


• At 4:15 p.m. Friday, an ex parte protective order needs to be served on a 41-year-old woman.


• At 2:07 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a domestic disturbance and a 50-year-old woman was arrested for assault DV and taken to LCCC. Additionally, a 21-year-old man was arrested for assault and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


• At 5:05 a.m. Saturday, a 46-year-old man was arrested for assault DV and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.


Driving without a license


• At 1:59 a.m. Saturday, Gene William Chilton III, 23, was cited and released for driving without a license on Cinema Drive. His vehicle was impounded.


Drunken driving


• At 5:07 p.m. Thursday, Jessica Zoss, 34, was arrested for felony driving under the influence in the 3100 block of Pioneer Avenue, and she was taken to LCCC.


Fire and medical


• At 2:50 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.


• At 11:35 a.m. Wednesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Crest Street, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 1:57 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Behrends Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.


• At 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a smoke or odor investigation on Glacier Avenue, and investigation found there was no fire or unusual odor in the area.


• At 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on 12th Street, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 6:19 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR responded to a vehicle accident on Glacier Highway, and there were no injuries. No transport required.


• At 1:54 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 2:27 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Postal Way, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 2:46 a.m. Thursday, EMS care was given to a man on Snipe court, and he declined transport.


• At 5:13 a.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a report of a fire in a mobile home on Stephen Richards Drive, and investigation found smoke due to failed electrical relay at the water heater.


• At 9:05 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Third Street, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 1 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a fire alarm system malfunction on Glacier Avenue. No fire.


• At 1:58 p.m. Thursday, a woman was taken from BRH to Juneau International Airport and medevaced out.


• At 2:48 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a service call on Decoy Boulevard, and checked a burnt power strip and electrical outlet at a residence upon request. No extension was found in wall.


• At 6:31 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Whittier Street, and she was taken to BRH.


• At 9:43 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Teal Street, and she was taken to BRH.


Fraud


• At 8:53 p.m. Friday, a 64-year-old woman reported fraudulent charges on her credit card. Investigation continues. Alcohol was involved.


Minor consuming


• At 10:02 p.m. Friday, Natasha Mae Roberts, 20, was cited and released for minor consuming in the 100 block of Franklin Street.


Possess undersize sport lingcod as a non-resident


• On Monday, Sitka Alaska State Troopers contacted John E. Powell, 58, of Bainbridge Island, Wash., near Juneau and cited him for taking and possessing a lingcod on Sunday which did not meet the minimum 30-inch size limit. The fish was seized and donated to charity.


• On Monday, Sitka Alaska State Troopers contacted Thomas G. May, 57, of Edgemont, British Columbia, near Juneau and cited him for taking and possessing a lingcod on Sunday which did not meet the minimum 30-inch size limit. The fish was seized and donated to charity.


Service


• At 1:06 a.m. Saturday, David Valentine Evenson Jr., 21, was arrested on Ferry Way on a $250 JPD warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of criminal mischief.


Theft


• At 12:07 p.m. Thursday, David Borleck, 58, was cited and released for larceny in the 400 block of Franklin Street.


• At 1:39 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report that a girls white, pink and silver Next 18-speed bicycle was stolen in the 3100 block of Riverside Drive.


• At 3:01 p.m. Thursday, an 18-year-old man reported his wallet was stolen in the 400 block of Third Street.


• At 8:07 a.m. Friday, a blue 1992 Plymouth Acclaim was stolen on Gastineau Avenue.


• At 8:27 a.m. Friday, a gray 2006 Honda Element was reported stolen in the 1100 block of Slim Williams Way. It was later found not to be stolen.


• At 10:29 a.m. Friday, a Nissan truck was entered and a CD visor with CDs was stolen in the 400 block of First Street.


• At 3:10 p.m. Friday, a 57-year-old man reported diesel fuel stolen in the 5700 block of Concrete Way.


• At 3:57 p.m. Friday, an iTouch was stolen in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.


• At 5:53 p.m. Friday, James Michael Lewis, 23, was cited and released for larceny in the 100 block of Franklin Street.


• At 6:47 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a theft in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway and arrested Kristi Ellen Willis, 25, on an outstanding $250 Sitka Police Department warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was taken to LCCC.


• At 8:52 p.m. Friday, a 60-year-old man reported the theft of a 12’ red and blue inflatable Zoik kayak valued at about $600 in the 2000 block of Skaters Cabin Road.


• At 8:47 p.m. Friday, a 49-year-old woman reported her vehicle was rifled and change was stolen in the 600 block of Dixon Street.


• At 11:24 p.m. Friday, Chelsea Marie Nusbaum, 22, was arrested for larceny on Glacier Highway and on a Ketchikan Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear for hearing on the original charge of driving with a cancelled/suspended/revoked license. She was taken to LCCC.


Vandalism


• At 1:18 p.m. Friday, a 46-year-old man reported vandalism to a door in the 200 block of Irwin Street. Investigation continues.


• At 6 p.m. Friday, a 29-year-old man reported his vehicle vandalized on Mendenhall Mall Road.
