Police and Fire calls for July 31, 2012

Conditions violation

• A 37-year-old woman reported a restraining order was violated at 7:57 p.m. in the Juneau Area.


• A 37-year-old woman was arrested in the Juneau area for criminal mischief/domestic violence, assault DV and interfering with the reporting of a crime involving DV. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Fire calls

• At 7:01 a.m. Sunday a patient was transported from Bartlett Regional Hospital to the airport for a medevac.

• A man was assisted at the Franklin Street Dock and taken to the hospital at 8 a.m.

• A man on Lemon Creek Road was provided advanced life support and taken to the hospital at 11:39 a.m.

• At 3:53 p.m. Sunday a fire alarm went off on Franklin Street due to burnt food.

• At 4:21 p.m. a man was provided advanced life support and taken to the hospital from Sanders Street.

• At 8:01 p.m. Sunday A man was provided advanced life support and taken to the hospital from Willoughby Street.

• At 9:16 p.m. a woman was provided basic life support and taken to the hospital form Cinema Drive.

Found property

• A passport was brought to police headquarters for safekeeping Monday at 11:07 a.m.

• A birth certificate was turned in to police headquarters for safekeeping at 11:58 a.m. Monday.


• Police at 9:18 a.m. Monday were investigating fraudulent use of a debit card on the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Missing person/Runaway

• A runaway 16-year-old male was reported at 12:40 p.m. Sunday on the 10800 block of Black Bear Road.

Motor vehicle crash

• A 29-year-old woman reported Sunday at 9:16 p.m. that her 2007 Nissan was struck while parked on the 100 block of Franklin Street resulting in $500 damage.

Sex crime

• A confidential investigation began at 11:02 a.m. Monday into a report of a sex crime.


• A case of shoplifting was reported Sunday at 1:18 p.m. on the 100 block of Franklin Street.


• Police investigated vandalism to vehicles in the 300 block of Whittier Street at 11:54 a.m. Monday.
