Police & Fire for Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012

Assault

• At 8:52 a.m. Wednesday, Jonathon Edward Treadway, 29, was arrested for assault in the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

• At 11:14 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of Village Street. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a valid license

• At 3:16 p.m. Tuesday, Jacob Wayne Silva, 23, was cited and released for driving without a valid license on Third Street. His vehicle was impounded.

• At 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, Akira Curtis Uehara, 26, was cited for driving without a valid license on Douglas Highway, and his vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 3:18 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue units were dispatched to Salmon Creek Lane and cancelled en route.

• At 8:29 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 8:53 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Engineers Cutoff Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Kanat-A Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:06 a.m. Tuesday, a man was taken from BRH to Juneau International Airport and medevaced out.

• At 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Old Dairy Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 5:24 p.m. Tuesday, a woman was taken from JIA to BRH.

• At 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Crow Hill Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, a man was taken from BRH to JIA and medevaced out.

• At 9:53 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:14 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Village Street, and he was taken to BRH.

Suspicious activity

• At 7:31 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated the report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of Fifth Street.

Theft

• At 3:31 p.m. Tuesday, a 25-year-old reported the theft of jewelry and souvenirs in the 700 block of Franklin Street. Investigation continues.

• At 4:41 p.m. Tuesday, a 27-year-old man reported his laptop stolen in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.

• At 8:03 a.m. Wednesday, Tamra Renee Fuhr, 20, was cited and released for shoplifting in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Vandalism

• At 4:17 a.m. Tuesday, a 52-year-old man reported vandalism to a business in the 5400 block of Shaune Drive. Extra patrol was requested.

• At 9 a.m. Wednesday, a 53-year-old reported vandalism to a public trail in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive. Damage is estimated at $150.
