Driving while intoxicated

• At 12:46 a.m. on Sunday, 27-year-old Kelsey Marie Hogins was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Douglas Hwy and was taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

• At 3:39 a.m. on Sunday, 28-year-old Charla Frances Bernhardt was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Crowhill Drive and was taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Theft

• At 1:58 p.m. on Saturday, 39-year-old Kevin Matthew Howard was cited and released for concealment of merchandise on the 6500 block of Glacier Hwy.

• At 3:24 p.m. on Saturday, a 48-year-old male reported his tail lights stolen from his truck on the 1400 block of Harbor Way.

• At 11:57 p.m. on Saturday, 36-year-old Benjamin Leroy Grafton was cited and released for larceny on the 6500 block of Glacier Hwy.

• At 7:14 a.m. on Sunday, a 62-year-old male reported the theft of prescription medication on the 300 block of Willoughby Ave.
