Assault

• At 3:56 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated a report of an assault in the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue.

Death

• At 12:43 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated the death of an 82-year-old man in the 2200 block of Muir Street. Death is not considered suspicious. Next of kin has been notified. Investigation continues.

Fire and medical

• At 12:19 a.m. Monday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a general fire alarm on Marine Way, but no fire was found. Units returned to service.

• At 10:06 a.m. Monday, basic life support was given to a woman on Renninger Street, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 11 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Garnet Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:39 a.m. Monday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Gail Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 3:10 p.m. Monday, basic life support was given to a woman on 12th Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 4:01 p.m. Monday, basic life support was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 4:38 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a cruise ship on Franklin Street for an EMS call. Basic life support was given to a man, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 6:22 p.m. Monday, CCFR responded to a cruise ship on Franklin Street for an EMS call. Advanced life support was given to a man, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:12 p.m. Monday, basic life support was given to a woman on Egan Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:17 p.m. Monday, advanced life support was given to a man on Franklin Street, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:58 p.m. Monday, CCFR units were dispatched to Hospital Drive and cancelled en route.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 1:28 p.m. Monday, a 48-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck while parked on Saturday in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

Sex crime

• At 12:39 p.m. Monday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of a sexual assault.

Theft

• At 2:13 p.m. Monday, Cynthia Kim Katzeek, 22, and Ashley Nichole Stansell, 25, were cited and released for concealment of merchandise in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 5:35 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a jacket valued at about $100 stolen from a vehicle in the 3600 block of McGinnis Drive.

Vandalism

• At 10:32 p.m. Monday, a 52-year-old woman reported her black Ford Focus and a green Chevy Astro van were vandalized while parked in the 1200 block of Salmon Creek Lane. Investigation continues.
