Assault

• At 7:11 p.m. Friday, Ivan Patrick Sabon, 39, was arrested for assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

• At 10:12 p.m. Friday, Malcolm Dudley Tullis, 29, was arrested for assault and two counts of harassment in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

• At 11:10 p.m. Friday, Natalia Lynn Charles, 30, was arrested for assault in the 100 block of Marine Way, and she was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

• At 12:16 a.m. Saturday, a 34-year-old woman was assaulted by an unknown man in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

Assist

• At 11:19 a.m. Saturday, JPD assisted another agency in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

Criminal mischief

• At 10:16 p.m. Wednesday, David Michael Clark, 37, was arrested for criminal mischief and assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Domestic violence/disturbance

• At 1:38 p.m. Wednesday, a 32-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

• At 9:17 a.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old woman damaged the vehicle of another 21-year-old woman on Wednesday in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive. Estimated damage was $750.

• At 3:31 p.m. Friday, a 67-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault and interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime, and he was taken to LCCC.

• At 9:24 p.m. Friday, a 42-year-old man reported he was assaulted by a 32-year-old woman. Investigation continues.

• At 10:29 p.m. Friday, a 26-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal mischief, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

• At 4:11 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a report of a domestic violence assault. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a valid license

• At 10:58 p.m. Wednesday, Dwayne Kane Lewis, 27, was cited for driving without a valid license in the 700 block of Egan Drive, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 12:21 a.m. Thursday, Christopher Edgar, 31, was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 4000 block of Egan Drive, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 10:07 a.m. Friday, Shanye Ian Howard, 22, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 8800 block of Egan Drive, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 10:57 a.m. Friday, Shiann Rose Braley, 20, was cited and released for driving without a license on Nancy Street, and her vehicle was impounded.

• At 4:15 p.m. Friday, Michael Albert Percival, 58, was cited and released for driving without a license on Marine Way, and his vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 12:52 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 6:03 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Kanat-A Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:32 a.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to a fire alarm on Ninth Street and found it was sounded due to burnt foot. Units returned to service.

• At 9:10 a.m. Thursday, CCFR provided assistance to JPD on Glacier Highway. Basic life support care was given to a man, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 2:58 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Salmon Creek Lane, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 4:27 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Caroline Street, and no transport was requested.

• At 7:29 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Riverside Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 11:15 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a community service call on Hospital Drive.

Harassment

• At 5:15 p.m. Thursday, Marlee Jane Wallace, 56, was cited and released for harassment on the airport trail in the 10000 block of Jensine Street.

Minor consuming

• At 10:36 a.m. Saturday, Sharnea Rene Lunn, 19, and Corbin Mitchell Eby, 19, were cited and released for minor consuming in the 100 block of Main Street.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 4:38 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash in the 8600 block of Teal Street. The first vehicle was a 2009 Toyota, driven by a 78-year-old woman, that sustained about $3,500 in damage. The second vehicle was a 2003 Chevrolet, driven by a 20-year-old man, that sustained about $1,000 in damage.

Theft

• At 12:58 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a shoplifting report in the 200 block of Front Street.

• At 9:14 a.m. Thursday, a 19-year-old man and woman were cited for theft in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• At 2:18 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated the report of concealment of merchandise in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue. Alcohol was involved.

• At 5 p.m. Thursday, Rochelle Sabadin, 43, was charged with concealment of merchandise and trespass in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. She was arrested an outstanding $150 JPD warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of driving while intoxicated/violating conditions of release.

• At 7:49 a.m. Thursday, a 41-year-old woman reported her electric wheelchair was stolen in the 3400 block of Glacier Highway. It was later recovered and returned to the owner.

• At 6:57 p.m. Friday, a 37-year-old woman reported the theft of prescription medication from her residence in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

• At 7:04 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a theft of prescription drugs from a residence in the 2800 block of Postal Way.

• At 9:30 a.m. Saturday, a 59-year-old man reported a mountain bike valued at $800 stolen in the 1400 block of Mendenhall Peninsula Road.

Trespassing

• At 6:26 a.m. Friday, a 48-year-old woman reported her unlocked vehicles were rifled in the 4300 block of Windfall Avenue, but nothing was taken. Extra patrol requested.

Vandalism

• At 11:06 a.m. Friday, a 54-year-old man reported vandalism to his business in the 3400 block of Bent Court. Damages are estimated at $400 to $2,000.

• At 8:45 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 800 block of 12th Street.
