Child Abuse/Neglect

• At 1:48 p.m. Tuesday, JPD is investigating a report of child abuse and domestic violence assault

Disturbance

• At 12:03 p.m. Tuesday, Charles Leonard Green, 47, was arrested for disturbance in the 100 block of Franklin Street. He was lodged at LCCC.

• At 5:29 p.m. Tuesday, Frank White, 50, was arrested for assault in the 100 block of Main Street. He was transported and lodged at LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Fire and medical

• At 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue provided advanced life support care and transport to BRH from Lemon Creek Road.

• At 1:13 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR provided transport for patient and crew from JIA to BRH.

• At 3:38 p.m. Tuesday, the fire marshal responded to notification of inoperable fire alarm in public housing. Owner ordered to correct or face fines.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 12:25 p.m. Tuesday, a 1990 Ford PK driven by a 53-year-old was involved in a crash with an illegally parked vehicle. No damage or injuries were reported. A vehicle was impounded and alcohol was not involved.

• At 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, a 2005 Dodge truck was struck while parked. The damage was estimated at $1400.

Traffic Hazard

• At 1:58 p.m. Tuesday, James Donald Kemp, 48, was cited and released for driving without a valid license. The vehicle was impounded.

Theft

• At 10:46 a.m. Wednesday, a 23-year-old female reported several items stolen from her vehicle in the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue.
