Photos: A community feast in Juneau

The Hangar on the Wharf was the scene of a packed community feast doled out by volunteers wearing bright red Salvation Army aprons. Among the volunteers was Mayor Merrill Sanford. Sponsored by the Salvation Army, the event has grown in size over the years from filling a church basement to filling the waterfront restaurant, which pitches in each year to make the event happen.
