Assault

• At 9:19 p.m. Friday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a report of assault in the 700 block of 12th Street.

Assist

• At 8:51 p.m. Friday, JPD assisted adult probations with a remand in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard, and a vehicle was impounded.

Child abuse

• At 2:44 p.m. Friday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of child abuse.

Domestic violence assault

• At 12:56 a.m. Friday, a 24-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

• At 3:46 a.m. Saturday, a 23-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a valid license

• At 12:17 a.m. Saturday, a 15-year-old girl was cited for driving without a valid license in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, and her vehicle was impounded.

• At 2:28 a.m. Saturday, Darrein John Sharclane, 18, was cited for driving without a valid license and insurance in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue, and her vehicle was impounded.

• At 2:37 a.m. Saturday, Alison Day, 24, was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 8800 block of Egan Drive, and her vehicle was impounded.

Drunken driving

• At 10:47 p.m. Friday, Katrina Louise Clements, 40, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Vanderbilt Hill Road, and she was taken to LCCC. Her vehicle was impounded.

• At 4:44 Saturday, David Thomas, 59, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of Egan Drive, and he was taken to LCCC. His vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 12:57 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man involved in a non-injury vehicle accident. No location given. No transport was requested.

• At 3:52 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on 12th Street, and no transport was requested.

• At 4:55 a.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire and Rescue responded to Tongass Boulevard for a carbon monoxide incident. CCFR shut off the boiler, pump and water heater, and they notified the building responsible that the equipment was responsible to dangerous levels of carbon monoxide emissions. CCFR suggested repair and returned to service.

• At 5:47 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Foster Avenue, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 7:07 a.m. Thursday, basic life support was given to a man and woman involved in a non-injury vehicle accident on Egan Drive. No transport was requested.

• At 7:29 a.m. Thursday, basic life support was given to a woman on Point Stephens Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:47 a.m. Thursday, CCFR assisted a motorist, and returned to service. No location given.

• At 8:34 a.m. Thursday, basic life support was given to a woman on Glacier Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:36 a.m. Thursday, CCFR used engines to block oncoming traffic on Glacier Highway so several vehicles that had spun off the road could turn around and clear the area. Returned to service.

• At 3:02 p.m. Thursday, basic life support was given to a woman on Franklin Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 3:26 p.m. Thursday, basic life support was given to a woman on Canyon Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 5:30 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 7:36 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to an EMS call on Egan Drive, and the male patient could not be found. Returned to service.

• At 7:55 p.m. Thursday, basic life support was given to a woman on Marsha Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 5:13 p.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old man reported his 1998 Chevrolet Lumina was struck by a truck which left the scene.

• At 11:02 a.m. Friday, a 38-year-old man was cited for driving without a valid license in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 10:42 p.m. Thursday, Gerald Richard Weston III, 29, was cited for failure to yield and driving without a license in the 5700 block of Glacier Highway, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 8:21 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a single vehicle rollover accident in the 10700 block of Glacier Highway, and one person was taken to BRH with injuries.

• At 11:41 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road, and a 24-year-old was cited for basic speed.

Theft

• At 2:13 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of shoplifting in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

• At 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Leonard Edwards, 36, of Yakutat, was arrested at the Alaska State Troopers Juneau post for an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant was issued for a petition to revoke probation with bail set at $5,000. Edwards was taken to LCCC.
