Assault

• At 9:19 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of an assault in the 9000 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

• At 8:19 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated a possible assault in the 700 block of Fifth Street.

Assist

• At 3:42 p.m. Thursday, JPD assisted with a drug investigation in the Juneau area.

Conditions violation

• At 4:20 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a conditions violation in the 10000 block of Crazy Horse Drive.

Criminal trespass

• At 11:16 a.m. Saturday, Regal Robert Hudson, 19, was arrested in the 3600 block of Amalga Street for criminal trespass and on an outstanding Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear for an arraignment hearing on the original charges of fourth-degree assault, minor consuming and three counts of petition to revoke probation. He was taken to LCCC.

Death

• At 9:19 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated the death of a 68-year-old man in the 9000 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Death is not considered suspicious, and next to kin have been notified. Lt. David Campbell, a JPD spokesman, said there were no signs of trauma or injury, and the death is presumed to be from natural causes.

Disturbance

• At 3:39 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a disturbance on Mendenhall Boulevard, and Samantha Allison Skan-Sims, 18, was cited and released for minor consuming, and Michael Deshaun Wyckoff, 23, was arrested on an outstanding JPD warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of larceny.

Domestic violence assault

• At 1:07 a.m. Saturday, a 27-year-old man was assaulted by a 28-year-old man. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

• At 1:19 a.m. Saturday, a 40-year-old man reported he was assaulted by a 35-year-old woman. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a license or valid license

• At 7:50 p.m. Thursday, James Donald Kemp Sr., 51, was cited and released for driving without a license during a traffic stop on Vanderbilt Hill Road. His vehicle was impounded.

• At 8:26 p.m. Thursday, Rosita Marie Brown, 28, was cited and released for driving without a license during a traffic stop in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. Her vehicle was impounded.

• At 2:24 a.m. Saturday, Michael Travis Miller, 33, was cited and released for driving without a valid license on Berners Avenue. His vehicle was impounded.

Drug activity

• At 3:59 p.m. Thursday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the Juneau area.

• At 7:47 p.m. Friday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the Juneau area.

Drunken driving

• At 7:29 p.m. Friday, Kathryne Mary Maliece Morrison, 40, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a striking a city bus on Marine Way. Her GMC Safari van sustained approximately $3,000 in damage and was impounded. She was taken to LCCC.

False information

• At 10:57 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated false information to law enforcement in the Juneau area.

Fire and medical

• At 12:40 a.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue provided transport for a male patient and crew from Bartlett Regional Hospital to Juneau International Airport for medevac.

• At 6:02 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Amalga Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 6:15 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Foster Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:02 a.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Eighth Street for a single-zone fire alarm. No smoke or fire found. Alarm sounded due to maintenance.

• At 10:31 a.m. Thursday, CCFR provided transport for a male patient and crew from BRH to JIA for medevac.

• At 3:58 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a burn complaint on Douglas Highway. Smoke was due to fire in residential fireplace. Allowed to continue.

• At 4:02 p.m. Thursday, CCFR provided transport for a male patient and crew from JIA to BRH from medevac.

• At 6:34 p.m. Thursday, CCFR responded to a fire call on Mendenhall Loop Road for a confined chimney or flue fire. Fire confirmed in upper stack of wood stove, and the fire was extinguished. CCFR recommended to owners getting brushes to clean stack before burning again.

• At 9:19 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Stephen Richards Drive for possible EMS. Patient already deceased prior to CCFR’s arrival. Scene left in JPD control.

• At 11:16 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Distin Avenue for a fire alarm. No smoke or fire found. Units returned to service.

Harassment

• At 1:56 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of online harassment in the Juneau area.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 4:20 p.m. Thursday, a 2012 Toyota Tacoma driven by a 61-year-old man was struck by a 1999 Mazda driven by a 48-year-old man in the 700 block of Egan Drive. The Tacoma was privately towed. Investigation continues.

• At 9:54 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a single vehicle rollover accident in the 5300 block of University Drive. No injuries. Driver was cited for basic speed.

Theft

• At 11:18 p.m. Thursday, a 24-year-old woman reported a theft in the 1200 block of Ninth Street. Investigation continues.

• At 6:59 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card of approximately $300 in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive.

• At 9:28 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated the theft of $1,000 worth of items from the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 2:33 p.m. Friday, Patrick Hal Iler, 29, was cited and released for larceny in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 4:59 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of theft that occurred on Dec. 17 in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 10:18 a.m. Saturday, a 17-year-old boy reported his vehicle was rifled and a sub woofer worth about $2,400 was stolen in the 600 block of Main Street. Investigation continues.

Vandalism

• At 6:11 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of a window broken on a 2006 Honda CRV in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle.

Warrant arrest

• At 12:55 a.m. Saturday, Marcus Allen Ulery, 30, was arrested in the 200 block of Front Street on a $1,000 Juneau Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear for an arraignment hearing on the original charge of criminal mischief and petition to revoke probation. Ulery was additionally charged with violating conditions of release, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Welfare check

• At 1:15 a.m. Friday, JPD received a request for a welfare check on a 23-year-old woman in the Juneau area.
