A 21-year-old Juneau man was sentenced to serve a combined two years in prison for felony drug misconduct, promoting contraband and a probation violation.
Flynn T. Lobaugh was sentenced last week in Juneau Superior Court before Judge Philip Pallenberg. A copy of the judgment was provided to the Empire Tuesday.
The judgment says Lobaugh received three years with two years suspended for third-degree drug misconduct for delivering heroin on April 5, and he received 18 months with 12 suspended for promoting contraband. He also received six months on a petition to revoke probation on an earlier case of misdemeanor theft.

hmm
uh, that was about 40 years ago buddy. Any proof to your rants?
A little delusional
Wakeup, is it too early for your meds?
"He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors."
Thomas Jefferson
Hmm.... This guy gets 2 years
Hmm.... This guy gets 2 years and James Hanson got a couple of months for pretty much the same thing..... Something stinks.
I will agree
I will agree JNUKaras line of conspiracy, just not wakeupnow.
The difference between conspiracy and fact is proof, wakeup. Start adding some and you may not seem so, how shall I say it, off your meds.
I just don't understand
Hanson Is well over 20 years older than this young man and some others. He openly Pedals Drugs on the street I've heard his big mouth
On many occasions on the street on Facebook.
If anybody should get a break should be young people who don't have any priors That were merely servants to the fat man.
Perhaps one day Karma will catch up with him, But in the meantime The Alaskan judicial system is sending a very poor message To the public.
@ orionsbow1 Thank you for the Thomas Jefferson quote he was without a doubt one of our wisest Founding Fathers
wakeupnow
Actually, you're somewhat correct. If you look it up, you can actually find proof that the CIA was importing drugs into the US. Check out Michael Ruppert on youtube.
I heard that Hanson spilled
I heard that Hanson spilled everything he knew to the cops. The guy is a total stoolie. Anybody who has had any dealing with him had best close up shop and head for the hills. The gendarmes will soon be knocking on a lot doors in Juneau and other places.
Nonetheless, Flynn T. Lobaugh
Nonetheless, Flynn T. Lobaugh deserves to be in jail for being stupid. Neither he nor his brother have the brains that God gave a goose.
Flynn
Thank you for those with Loving Hearts out there. We all can spot the haters, right?
I am Flynn's mother and will not be ashamed to print my name as many of the hateful bloggers hide under anonymity.
My son has told me himself that being caught for doing drugs was "Divine intervention", he stated that had he NOT been caught he would be dead by now. The drugs that the people are doing puts a stranglehold on them and rots the brain. In my opinion it is the closest thing to HELL to watch someone you love or just know be so hooked on drugs. Kids have access to heroin at very young ages now. And yes it is a choice that they made to start doing them.
I am sad that my sons had to walk down that street but regardless of what anyone says or thinks I will always love my kids. And my eyes are wide open now to the big bad world that exists right here in sleepy little Juneau.
If you know someone who is hooked on meth or heroin please don't stop Loving them. Feed them a warm meal from time to time and NEVER STOP LOVING THEM! And also remind them that above all GOD loves them. I am thankful that my sons are only in jail. Believe it or not there are MANY worse places that they could be.
Thank you to all that have never stopped seeing the good in people.
Sincerely
Betsy Schenker
Flynn's mom
My heart goes out to you. I was at court waiting for my daughter Veronica Flynn was shackled to her. Out of my mouth came oh my god there's so young! I cried the rest of the day. They look like they still belong in high school. People are so hateful against these children. It breaks my heart they are sick I need treatment not jail time. My daughter got the same two-year sentence, While the pig they were working for got time served.
Now he will not change his ways, He won't even try to be more careful. He will go on to ruin other young people's lives.
I've met your son and his sweet and polite and young. And gentlemen. If anybody should've gotten a break it should've been Veronica Flynn and the other young ones up there. My child has no priors.
I cry every day, Over this I have lost my daughter. First to Hanson, Then he threw her under a bus. And the judicial system Did the rest.
These are not evil people They are sweet faced fun loving young adults.
Thank you for sharing your pain in his comment section
Flynn
Thank you for being there on his court date. My big sister passed away so I had to be out of town. Remember that even the old junkie dealers have people who love them too. And they are living a nightmare of a life. I do not condone them but will not condem them either. Sorry your girl got hurt so bad.
Try to not let the hate for them consume you because then we are no better off.
I hope you all who are dealing with a loved one who is hooked on drugs finds peace within and do know Love is stronger than hate.
Betsy
Thank You....
Between this and the other article I find myself questioning and changing how I use to view these people and their addictions.
Have a great weekend.
Meth is now a pandemic
Thank you Ak Mom and Dev mom. If you love some one who does Meth try to get help for them before they overdose or become so confused they lie down on the side of the street and never wake up.
Addictions~
Right the fatman squeals like ned beatty, hes flooded this town for years with his crap to young and old with no care or concern for anybody but himself, true to that someday he will ring the wrong bell its just a matter of time~As is the time these kids will need to recover from these mistakes and move on in life, and hopefully gain something positive from them~jail is not truely a positive way to treat an addiction,it only puts it on hold for a short time, and it is rather pathetic that they dont do more to keep these big players of serious drugs out of society and away from people who may be an easy target for their benefit~
Yes I have done drugs, drank alcohol alot throughout my life of 47 years in this town, and have gone through treatment and remain sober some 130 or so days, these kids need help not handcuffs, something needs to change for the better before it gets worse, and not just to please politicians, seriously people
Wake the Hell up!!
Priorities
Yes it seems that society in the USA has its priorities a little messed up when the people and government cares more for a sea otter than its children on METH.
I tried
I tried and tried and tried to get her away from what she was doing From who she was with, For four years To come back for a little bit couple months maybe six and he calm drag her back. I am happy that she is safe and getting treatment now I was can happen sooner but It didn't. Believe me I did everything I could.
Give this one up to God
Hi
I know you tried everything. Like I said before once they are addicted to Meth their brains are gone. That is why I made the comment that jail is a good place to be if you are hopelessly addicted to Meth. I have excellent health insurance for my son and the entire family on my side and my son's father side did interventions numerous times trying to get our son to go get help. But he was so far gone in his mind that he begged us to stop caring about him. Of course we never did and never will stop loving him. Now when I talk to him in jail we laugh a lot and talk about the future. It will get better from here. But it has really helped me out to give up my burden to The Lord and ask him to direct our paths. And remember sometimes people have to walk down these not good streets in order to prepare them for their future, which may be helping others to get off drugs. Please NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!
