Vehicle vandalism is JPD Crime of the Week

The Juneau Police Department Crime of the Week for Jan. 18 is in reference to a reported vandalism to a vehicle.

Sgt. Paul Hatch said in a release that at about 4 p.m. on Dec. 24, a citizen called JPD to report the back window of their vehicle had been shattered while it was parked along Glacier Highway near Mile 16.

A police investigation revealed that the back window was apparently shot out with a BB gun sometime over the prior two days.
