Who bought them?

Just curious, were the garments donated or purchased with State funds?

This is not a new tradition.

This is not a new tradition. It began years ago with Rep. Mary Kapsner and has continued on after she left. In all the years Kuspuk Friday's have been happening, I have never seen the state actually buying the clothing. Everybody brought their own, borrowed, etc.

Kuspuk Friday

Those friends that I know in the Capitol buy their own.

If the State's buying, I want one!
