Death

• At 5:37 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department investigated the death of a 61-year-old woman in the 9100 block of Jerry Drive. Death is not considered suspicious. Next of kin has been notified.

Domestic violence

• At 7:35 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of a domestic violence assault. Alcohol was involved.

Fire and medical

• At 10:17 p.m. Wednesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to a general fire alarm on Willoughby Avenue. Alarm sounded due to burnt food. Returned to service.

• At 10:22 p.m. Wednesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Roger Street, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 6:41 p.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a motor vehicle crash on Egan Drive and Vanderbilt Hill Road.

Theft

• At 2:56 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated the theft of a wallet in the 300 block of Fourth Street.

Trespassing

• At 9:55 a.m. Thursday, Aaron Thate, 23, was arrested for criminal trespass in the 3600 block of Amalga Street, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
