Child abuse

• At 6:01 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department conducted a confidential investigation into a report of child abuse.

Domestic violence

• At 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, a 22-year-old woman reported being assaulted by a 25-year-old man. Investigation continues.

Fire and medical

• At 6:03 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue was dispatched to Willoughby Avenue for an automatic fire alarm. No smoke or fire found. Alarm sounded due to system malfunction.

• At 6:49 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Northwood Drive, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 7:51 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to Franklin Street for a public service for an EMS call. Party was transported by a non-fire agency.

• At 8 a.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Mendenhall Mall Road, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to an EMS call on Glacier Highway, and a female patient was transported to BRH by a non-fire agency. Basic life support care and assistance was given at BRH.

• At 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR was dispatched to Heron Way for a residential fire alarm. No smoke or fire found.

• At 11:58 a.m. Tuesday, CCFR was dispatched to 12th Street for a CPR in progress. A male patient was having a seizure, not cardiac arrest. Advanced life support care was given, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 1:57 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Gastineau Avenue, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 3 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Marine Way, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Douglas Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR was dispatched to Long Run Drive for an open burn complaint. CCFR found unauthorized burn in progress. Owner extinguished the burn.

• At 9:35 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Shell Simmons Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:56 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 4:43 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a three-vehicle motor vehicle crash in the 9000 block of Egan Drive. One vehicle was impounded, and no injuries were reported. Investigation continues.

• At 3:11 a.m. Wednesday, JPD impounded a vehicle for safekeeping on Thane Road.

Sex crime

• At 3:52 p.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of a sexual abuse of a minor.

Vandalism

• At 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of vandalism to property in the 8700 block of Haloff Way. Damages were estimated at $200.
