Driving without a valid license

• At 2:01 p.m. Tuesday, Vincent Francis Kalchik, 21, was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 3000 block of Tongass Boulevard.

Fire and medical

• At 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Tanis Drive, and she was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 11:49 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue was dispatched to Egan Drive for possible EMS. No EMS required.

• At 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR provided transport for a female patient back to her residence from Hospital Drive.

• At 5:39 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Teal Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:10 p.m. Tuesday, basic life support care was given to a man on Mendenhall Mall Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 8:11 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Glacier Highway, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 9:08 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR provided transport for a female patient and crew from BRH to Juneau International Airport for medevac.

• At 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Saint Anns Avenue, and she was taken to BRH.

Minor consuming

• At 3:26 p.m. Tuesday, Shamil Andreevich I Blaisdell, 18, was arrested for minor consuming on a licensed premises in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

• At 3:29 p.m. Tuesday, a 36-year-old man reported the theft of a cell phone in the 1200 block of Salmon Creek Lane. Investigation continues.

• At 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, a 35-year-old man reported the theft of an iPad that was later recovered in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

• At 6:12 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of theft of tools in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, a 25-year-old woman reported theft of fuel from her parked vehicle in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.

Welfare check

• At 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, JPD assisted with a welfare check in the 700 block of Saint Anns Avenue.
