Sgt. Scott Erickson said in a release that an unknown man driving a dark colored Chevy Tahoe assaulted another man in the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel at about 7 p.m. on March 17.

The suspect was described as being a white male, 18 to 26 years old, about 5’10” tall and weighing between 120 and 130 pounds. He was wearing a white baseball hat, blue jeans, a black sweatshirt and white shoes.

Erickson said the victim in the case, whose identity was not released, sustained minor injuries from the assault.
