Child abuse/neglect

• At 2:18 p.m. Friday, the Juneau Police Department conducted a confidential investigation into a report of harm in the Juneau area.

Conditions violation

• At 2:47 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of domestic violence protective order violation.

• At 2:50 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated the violation of a stalking protective order.

Death

• At 5:58 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated the death of a 62-year-old woman in the 9300 block of View Drive. Death is not considered suspicious, and next of kin has been notified. Investigation continues.

Domestic violence assault

• At 2:58 a.m. Friday, a 21-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

• At 6:56 p.m. Friday, a 33-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a license

• At 9:56 p.m. Thursday, Alma Rodriguez, 33, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 2800 block of Douglas Highway, and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.

• At 6:22 p.m. Friday, Jose Guillermo Zacarias Palma, 22, was cited and released for driving without a license at Sealaska Plaza. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 10:03 p.m. Friday, Dwayne Kane Lewis, 27, was cited for driving without a license in the 400 block of Egan Drive, and he was given a court date to appear.

Driving without a valid license

• At 11:04 p.m. Thursday, Nadine Kathleen Peratrovich, 42, was cited for driving without a valid license in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway, and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Drug activity

• At 2:53 p.m. Friday, JPD created a case for a drug investigation in the Juneau area.

Drunken driving

• At 1:40 a.m. Friday, Brianna Nicole Sarabia Hartley, 21, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 4200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. She was taken to LCCC, and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Fire and medical

• At 12:37 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man on Village Street, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 10:25 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to two patients (a man and woman) on Calhoun Avenue, and they were taken to BRH.

• At 1:13 p.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue was dispatched to Douglas Highway for possible fire and smoke in the area. No fire was found.

• At 2:22 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Glacier Avenue for fire alarm activation, and no fire was found.

• At 3:03 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Village Street for possible EMS, and assisted another agency in loading a male patient. No fire department transport conducted.

• At 4:01 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Third Street for fire alarm activation, and no fire was found.

• At 6:17 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Cross Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 8:56 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Shell Simmons Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 9:06 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Glacier Highway, and no transport was conducted by CCFR.

Fraud

• At 10:41 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated the report of fraudulent use of a credit card in the Juneau area.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 2:11 p.m. Thursday, a 44-year-old man reported his parked Subaru Legacy was struck by an unknown vehicle in the Juneau area. The Subaru sustained $1,100 in damages to the driver side rear quarter panel.

Theft

• At 3:47 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of a theft in the 22800 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 5:42 p.m. Thursday, a 30-year-old woman reported the theft of several items of jewelry in the 8500 block of Jennifer Drive.

Trespassing

• At 4:36 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a trespass call in the 400 block of Third Street, and a case was created for safekeeping of property. Alcohol was involved.

Vandalism

• At 4:30 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Anka Street.

• At 10:59 a.m. Saturday, a 19-year-old man reported a white pickup truck being vandalized in the 3600 block of Amalga Street.
