Attempt to serve

• At 8:35 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department investigated misconduct involving controlled substances in the 1700 block of Glacier Avenue.

Domestic violence assault

• At 2:24 p.m. Sunday, a 34-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a license/valid license

• At 9:58 p.m. Sunday, a 17-year-old boy was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 3600 block of McGinnis Drive. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• At 1:09 a.m. Monday, Breanna Marie Rowan, 25, was cited for driving without a license in the 1400 block of Harbor Way, and her vehicle was impounded.

Drunken driving

• At 8:22 a.m. Monday, a 2007 Toyota truck driven by a 27-year-old man struck an underground oil tank in the 4100 block of Columbia Boulevard. The driver was cited.

Fail to return a permit hunt report

• At 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Juneau cited John L. Osborn, 38, of Juneau, for failing to return a 2012 brown bear registration permit to the Douglas Alaska Department of Fish and Game as stated on the report. He was given a $110 fine out of Juneau District Court.

Fire and medical

• At 11:04 a.m. Sunday, Capital City Fire/Rescue was dispatched to Egan Drive for a possible vehicle fire. No fire was found.

• At 3:36 p.m. Sunday, CCFR was dispatched to Wood Duck Avenue for fire alarm activation. No fire was found.

• At 4:23 p.m. Sunday, basic life support care was given to a man on Foster Avenue, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 9:16 p.m. Sunday, CCFR was dispatched to Churchill Way for a possible EMS call. No patient found at residence.


• At 4:18 p.m. Sunday, a 22-year-old woman reported the theft of her 1993 green Jeep Cherokee in the 8200 block of Garnet Street.

• At 11:36 a.m. Monday, a 25-year-old woman reported the theft of a customized street bike valued at $800 in the 100 block of Franklin Street.


• At 5:05 a.m. Monday, a 61-year-old man reported vandalism to his vehicle in the 3200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Investigation continues.
