MV Taku sailing delayed; Sitka-bound passengers must rebook

The MV Taku is delayed departing Ketchikan due to a mechanical issue. The ferry is scheduled to depart at 12 a.m. Friday, June 21 and will sail Ketchikan-Petersburg-Kake-Juneau-Kake-Petersburg-Wrangell-Ketchikan. The vessel will not sail to Sitka southbound from Juneau. Sitka passengers may rebook on the FVF Fairweather to Juneau where they can transfer to the MV Taku’s southbound sailing.
