Police & Fire for Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013

Assault

• Tuesday at 11:20 p.m., on the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road, an assault was reported.

Fire and medical calls

• Tuesday at 1:09 a.m., on Franklin Street, Capital City Fire and Rescue was dispatched for emergency medical services. Basic life support was provided to a female patient, who was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for further care.

• Tuesday at 8:11 a.m., on Birch Lane, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Advanced life support was provided to a male patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 10:13 a.m., on Foster Avenue, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Advanced life support was provided to a female patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 10:39 a.m., on Douglas Highway, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Basic life support was provided to a male patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 1:19 p.m., on Relay Road, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Advanced life support was provided to a male patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 3:45 p.m., on Glacier Highway, CCFR was dispatched to the scene of an extinguished fire. A bucket filled with trash and a cigarette was found. The bucket was melted and some of the trash burned. The building had minor superficial damage and the fire marshal was contacted.

• Tuesday at 4:31 p.m., on Hospital Drive, CCFR was dispatched to BRH to transport a male patient to his home.

• Tuesday at 5:24 p.m., on Hospital Drive, CCFR was dispatched to transport a female patient and a Guardian flight team from BRH to Juneau International Airport.

• Tuesday at 5:42 p.m., on Hospital Drive, CCFR was dispatched to transport a male patient and an Airlift Northwest crew from BRH to JIA.

• Tuesday at 7:19 p.m., on Tanis Drive, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Advanced life support was provided to a female patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 7:41 p.m., on Calhoun Avenue, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Advanced life support was provided to a male patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 7:47 p.m., on Mendenhall Loop Road, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. No medical treatment or transport was provided the male patient.

• Tuesday at 8:01 p.m., on Franklin Street, CCFR was dispatched for emergency medical services. Basic life support was provided to a female patient, who was transported to BRH for further care.

• Tuesday at 8:28 p.m., on Hospital Drive, CCFR was dispatched to transport a male patient and an Airlift Northwest crew from BRH to JIA.

Found property

• Tuesday at 12:11 p.m., on the 400 block of Franklin Street, a ring was found and turned in to Juneau Police Department.

• Tuesday at 1:39 p.m., a mountain bike was found and placed in safe keeping.

Impound

• Tuesday at 2:33 p.m., on the 5800 block of Lund Street, a 1997 Mercury was impounded as an abandoned vehicle.

Liquor violation

• Tuesday at 10:19 p.m., on the 100 block of Franklin Street, 18-year-old Charmchi Ario was cited and released for being a minor on a licensed premise.

• Wednesday at 5:01 a.m., on the 13000 block of Douglas Highway, 20-year-old Regal Robert Hudson was cited and released for consuming alcohol as a minor.

Runaway

• Tuesday at 7:31 p.m., on the 9200 block of Hurlock Avenue, a 16-year-old female was reported as a runaway.

Theft

• Tuesday at 1:41 p.m., on the 8400 block of Canon Drive, a 50-year-old male reported a theft.

• Tuesday at 3:41 p.m., on the 1800 block of Northwood Drive, a 24-year-old female reported the theft of a necklace and two rings.

• Tuesday at 4:15 p.m., on the 4300 block of Douglas Highway, a 30-year-old male reported the theft of a laptop valued at $900.
