Assault

• At 1:18 p.m. Friday, the Juneau Police Department investigated an assault in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive. Alcohol was involved.

Assist

• At 8:34 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to an assist in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway, and Kenneth Schoonover, 35, was arrested for criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center on $2,500 bail. Alcohol was involved.

Child pornography

• At 2:15 p.m. Friday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of child pornography on Egan Drive.

Criminal trespass

• At 6:01 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespass in the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

• At 1:20 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespass in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

• At 4:07 p.m. Friday, Sonya Madelene Simmons, 51, was arrested for criminal trespass in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway, and she was taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

• At 3:19 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated a disturbance in the 8500 block of Old Dairy Road.

Domestic dispute

• At 12:48 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of a domestic assault in the 100 block of Sitka Street.

Driving without a license

• At 8:59 p.m. Thursday, Cynthia Lynn Ickes, 34, was arrested for driving without a license in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

• At 12:17 a.m. Friday, Linda Marie Jacobs, 32, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 11800 block of Glacier Highway, and her vehicle was impounded.

• At 4:53 a.m. Friday, Serapio Garcia, 46, was cited for driving without a license in the 4000 block of Egan Drive, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 12:49 a.m. Saturday, a 17-year-old boy was cited for driving without a license in the 1100 block of Eighth Street, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 1:02 a.m. Saturday, Vance Richard Webster, 23, was cited and released for driving without a license in the 1700 block of Glacier Highway, and his vehicle was impounded.

• At 1:27 a.m. Saturday, Brandon Michael Hazen, 30, was cited for driving without a license in the 8800 block of Egan Drive, and his vehicle was impounded.

Drug activity

• At 9:28 a.m. Friday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the Juneau area.

Fire and medical

• At 4:39 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Fourth Street, and he was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

• At 6:34 a.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Teal Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 10:02 a.m. Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue was dispatched to transport a male patient and flight crew from BRH to Juneau International Airport.

• At 10:26 a.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Savikko Road for an EMS call, and JPD transported the patient to BRH.

• At 9:36 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a man on Relay Road, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 11:02 a.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Douglas Highway, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 2:14 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to transport a male patient and flight crew from JIA to BRH.

• At 3:07 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a woman on Northwood Drive, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 4:32 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man on Egan Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

• At 5:41 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to transport a female patient and flight crew from BRH to JIA.

• At 6:36 p.m. Thursday, CCFR was dispatched to Glacierwood Court for a burn complaint. Upon arrival, there was a fire that was smoldering. The occupant had a burn permit and was advised to get the fire burning hotter to reduce the smoke. The occupant was left to tend to the fire, and CCFR returned to service.

• At 7:05 p.m. Thursday, advanced life support care was given to a woman on Teal Street, and she was taken to BRH.

• At 7:11 p.m. Thursday, basic life support care was given to a man on Shell Simmons Drive, and he was taken to BRH.

Fraud

• At 8:28 a.m. Friday, a 63-year-old man reported fraudulent activity on his debit card in the Juneau area.

• At 9:44 a.m. Saturday, JPD investigated reported internet fraud in the Juneau area.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 4:11 p.m. Thursday, Chelsie Rae Young, 21, was cited for driving without a valid license following a two vehicle crash in the 9600 block of Glacier Highway. Her vehicle was impounded.

• At 8:01 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a two vehicle crash involving a Jeep Cherokee and a city vehicle in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 8:47 a.m. Friday, a 59-year-old man reported a hit-and-run crash involving a parked 2009 Dodge Nitro in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. Damage only.

• At 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Jacob David Miller, 21, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after his vehicle struck a fuel tank on Marine Way. He was taken to LCCC, and his vehicle was impounded.

Theft

• At 12:45 p.m. Thursday, a 54-year-old man reported a lost camera and bag in the 200 block of Marine Way. The items were later recovered.

• At 12:04 p.m. Thursday, a 54-year-old woman reported a helmet, gloves and battery stolen from her motorcycle in the 7800 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 2:22 p.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a report of a stolen drill in the 100 block of Front Street.

• At 1:16 p.m. Thursday, a 42-year-old man reported a theft in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 3:45 p.m. Thrusday, Joseph Dean Yaletchko, 42, was cited and released for shoplifting in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 3:10 p.m. Thursday, a 26-year-old woman reported her bicycle stolen in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

• At 10:16 a.m. Friday, a 25-year-old man reported his vehicle rifled and an iPod Touch stolen in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 11:42 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of shoplifting in the 11700 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 7:10 p.m. Friday, Gareth Roehrig, 33, was cited and released for larceny in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 9:25 p.m. Friday, Judith Ellen Erickson, 65, was cited and released for larceny in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Vandalism

• At 1:40 p.m. Thursday, an 83-year-old man reported vandalism to his residence in the 3600 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Warrant arrest

• At 3:46 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a welfare check in the 9000 block of Long Run Drive and arrested Daniel Arnold Galos, 47, on an outstanding parole warrant. He was taken to LCCC. He was additionally charged with resisting arrest.

Weapons misconduct

• At 7:02 p.m. Friday, JPD conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of 12th Street, and David Fuchs, 36, was cited and released for fourth-degree weapons misconduct.
